The new structure is designed with special appreciation of these environs. It is characterised by a distinct architectonical form with functional solutions, thoughtful details and a contemporary overall expression.Kvartalet er et sjeldent gjenværende eksempel på blandingen av småskala bolig- og industribebyggelse fra det nittende århundre.
